Pilot Terms

Agreement and eligibility
By starting pilot enrollment, you agree to these Pilot Terms and acknowledge the Pilot Privacy Notice. The pilot is invitation-based and intended for adults age 18 or older in the United States. If you do not agree, do not enroll.
What the pilot provides
The pilot includes a Digital Life Checkup and, for accepted participants, a one-time Personal Digital Life Review. The Review offers educational interpretation, general guidance, and practical priorities based on the information you provide. The current pilot is offered without payment.
What the pilot does not provide
The pilot does not include account access, hands-on configuration, monitoring, continuing support, emergency response, or a guarantee that risks will be found or prevented. It is not a substitute for qualified legal, financial, insurance, law-enforcement, technical-support, or incident-response assistance. If you believe an account, identity, device, or financial relationship is actively compromised, contact the relevant provider or appropriate emergency or professional resource promptly.
Your information and safety
Provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Do not provide passwords, authentication codes, full account numbers, Social Security numbers, or other credentials. An adviser should not ask you to disclose a password or give access to an account or device as part of this Review.
Your account
You are responsible for protecting access to your email and account and for activity performed through your sign-in. Use a long, unique password if you create one. Tell the pilot administrator promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Household participation
An enrolled participant may invite one other adult to the same household Review only with that person's permission. The invited adult must use their own verified account, consent separately, and answer from their own perspective. Do not accept an invitation or complete a Checkup on another person's behalf. Participants may receive shared Review summaries and household next steps, while each participant's answer-level Checkup responses remain separately attributed.
Appointments and communications
You agree to receive the service-related email and phone communications needed to enroll, schedule, and deliver the Review. Appointment requests are not confirmed until the pilot communicates a specific time. Availability, staffing, and pilot capacity may require an appointment to be changed or declined.
Participant conduct
Do not misuse the site, attempt to access another participant’s information, interfere with the service, introduce harmful code, or use the pilot for unlawful activity. Access may be limited or ended when reasonably necessary to protect participants, staff, or the service.
Pilot limitations and changes
This is an experimental pilot. Features may be incomplete, interrupted, corrected, or changed. Checkup scores and Review observations depend on the answers and context available and may not identify every issue. You remain responsible for deciding whether and how to act on the information provided. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
Withdrawal and ending participation
You may stop participating at any time by contacting the pilot administrator. The pilot administrator may also pause or end the pilot or an individual enrollment when capacity, safety, misuse, or operational needs require it. Information requests are handled as described in the Pilot Privacy Notice.
Feedback
If you provide feedback, you permit it to be used to evaluate and improve the pilot. Published quotations or stories that identify you will require separate permission.
Questions
For questions about these terms or the pilot, reply to a pilot email or use the pilot administrator’s contact details in your invitation.
